We at Shantala are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, in case you face any issues, please refer to our return and replacement guidelines below:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement :

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with the price tag and packaging intact.

  • Custom tailoring orders, including fall, pico, or edging, are not eligible for return or cancellation.

  • We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Return Process:

Unboxing video is mandatory: To claim any return or damage, please record a full unboxing video from the moment the seal is broken till the product is fully opened. This video should be continuous, unedited, and without filters.

Send an email to contact@shantala.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Return reason

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the product, price tag, and packaging

Our support team will review your request and approve it if it meets the policy criteria.

Return and Replacement Policy

Service Availability

  1. The 10-minute delivery service is currently available only within Davanagere city, Karnataka.

  2. Delivery is applicable strictly within a 4 km radius from our nearest delivery hub/location.

  3. Orders placed outside the 4 km radius will not qualify for the 10-minute delivery promise.

  4. Delivery Operation time is : 10:30 AM TO 5:30 PM

Delivery Time Commitment

  1. The 10-minute delivery time begins after the order is successfully placed and confirmed on our platform (website/app/WhatsApp).

  2. Delivery time may vary due to:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather issues

    • Festivals, strikes, or public restrictions

    • System/server downtime

    • Unavailability of delivery partners

  3. In such conditions, delivery may take longer than 10 minutes, and the customer acknowledges that such delays do not make us liable for compensation.

Order Eligibility

  1. Only selected sarees marked with “10-Min Delivery” are eligible for fast delivery.

  2. Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable addresses may be cancelled.

Delivery Charges

  1. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

  2. Delivery is free only if explicitly mentioned in promotional offers.
